LANDLORD CLASSES
Oregon law requires that the on-site manager or an off-site manager, or the owner must attend a minimum of four hours of training every two years.
As the legal counsel for OPOA (Oregon Park Owners Alliance), Charles M. Greeff has developed a comprehensive Manager Training Class to help you be knowledgeable and stay compliant.
This class has been approved by the Manufactured Communities Resource Center in the Oregon Division of Housing Community Services.
We offer these classes to OPOA members and anyone else who is interested.
