Meet Charlie

Charles M. Greeff (Charlie) has been practicing law in the State of Oregon since April 1989. He attended Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts, graduating in 1988. Before that, he graduated from the University of Vermont in 1985. After working for law firms and several experienced lawyers for six years, he founded the Law Office of Charles M.Greeff, P.C. in July 1995. He specializes in residential and commercial landlord/tenant disputes, landlord/tenant litigation, business litigation, eviction trials, appeals, manufactured dwelling/floating home facility (and RV park owner) rights and responsibilities, and fair housing compliance. Mr. Greeff is certified by the State of Oregon as a trainer of manufactured dwelling park and floating home marina managers and owners. He has participated in the Oregon Residential Landlord/Tenant Legislative Coalition for parks and marinas since 1997 and has represented Oregon Park Owners’ Alliance since its inception in 1999. In 2006, he received the Oregon Lodging Association’s Industry Partner of the Year Award. Mr. Greeff has been married to his wife, Eva, for 26 years. Eva has been the legal assistant and paralegal for the Law Office of Charles M. Greeff, P.C. since May 2021. Charlie and Eva have a daughter, Bethany, age 22. They like to hike and travel in their free time.
